Shareholder
 John received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Siena College. John joined as a shareholder in WEST & Company in October 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he was a shareholder in John P Franck, CPA.
John specializes in tax planning and financial statement preparation for small to medium- sized corporations and individuals, as well as specialized real estate taxation, retail accounting and business and financial accounting. He has extensive knowledge in the accounting, operational and financial management services of governmental and nonprofit organizations. Including budgeting, finances, assessments, employee benefits, insurance grants, technology and risk safety.
In May 1987, John became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also holds a Certifies Assessor License, and an Insurance Specialist of Life and Health Licenses.
Community involvement includes; Commissioner of Accounts - City of Saratoga Springs.
