 Elmer specializes in tax planning and advisory services for closely held businesses. He has extensive experience with business valuations, S-corporations and bankruptcy. These qualities along with his approach to cash management, financial reporting and financial management make Elmer a valuable asset to businesses of all sizes.
Elmer is a graduate of Syracuse University's School of Management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Business Appraisers.
Elmer's past and present affiliations include; President of the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation, the Gloversville YMCA, the Ambulance Service of Fulton County and Treasurer of the Gloversville Economic Development Corporation.
